The 5th festival of the black celery of Torricella Peligna, a winter vegetable of the Chieti hills. Stands serve dishes based on it such as soups and stuffed preparations and creations by local chefs, with workshops, talks, markets, live music and an introduction to the historical cultivation of the crop. The 2026 edition is listed for 11-13 December.
