A December festival in the old town of San Marco dei Cavoti dedicated to torrone and the croccantino, a local sweet of almonds, hazelnuts, honey and sugar coated in dark chocolate, made by nine artisan workshops. The programme includes live demonstrations by master confectioners, the giant 'Megacroccantino', workshops and tastings, with street performers and folk groups. The 2026 edition is listed for 5-8 December.
