18th edition of a festival for strozzapreti, Romagna's hand-rolled twisted pasta, at the Palasavio in the Cervia hinterland — over 100 volunteers and the village's 'azdore' hand-roll the pasta fresh, offered in 8 varieties from classic ragù to seafood. Proceeds fund community projects, and each evening's takings go to a different local association.
