A blueberry festival deep in the Valgerola mountains, in a village of just 291 residents that swells to roughly 4,000 visitors over its four days. Around 300kg of blueberries — partly foraged locally, partly bought from area producers — go into risottos, savory dishes, and desserts, made by about 80 volunteers.
