The 28th apple festival of Ussassai, in the Ogliastra, takes place on 24 and 25 October 2026 in the village's historic centre and is organised by the Pro Loco. The programme includes stands, traditional music, folk performances, fermentation workshops, children's activities and parades of archaic masks.
