An autumn festival at the foot of Etna in Pedara celebrating the mushrooms, apples and chestnuts of the volcano. Stands serve traditional and creative recipes such as mushroom soups, apple tarts and roasted chestnuts with new wine, with markets, shows, live music, workshops and guided visits to the Etna area. The 2026 edition is listed for 20-22 November.
