Pomaria

The 20th Pomaria, the apple and harvest festival of the Val di Non, takes place in the village of Casez. A producers' market sells apples, preserves, mountain cheeses, cured meats, wines and craft beers, with exhibitions of heirloom apple varieties, cooking workshops (including a strudel class), show cooking and guided tastings. The food stands serve barley soup, spätzle, cheese fondue with polenta and pork cheek, with apple strudel, fritters and strauben for dessert.
