The 5th Abruzzo truffle fair in L'Aquila, with markets, exhibitions and guided tastings about the work of truffle hunters and the role of truffles in local cooking. Stands serve dishes such as tagliolini, risotto and meat flavoured with truffle, with music and entertainment in the historic centre. The 2026 edition is listed for 28-30 November.
