A December festival in the village of Cortale, in the province of Catanzaro, dedicated to the local beans. Stands serve soups, traditional pasta and rustic sides made with five local varieties, white and yellow, with artisan markets, folk and popular music and sessions on the place of beans in peasant cooking. The 2026 edition is listed for 13-14 December.
