'Mussa' means donkey in local dialect — the festival's signature dishes are donkey stew and gnocchi in donkey ragù, alongside beef tagliata on arugula and wood-fired pizza. Held in the grounds of the historic, still-functioning Molini watermill beside the river, whose loggia houses the festival's youth area.
