A guinea-fowl festival across two weekends in Cesena, a hamlet of about 400 people in the Pordenone hinterland. Originally just generic 'end of August celebrations,' the event became specifically about spit-roasted guinea fowl and guinea-fowl-ragù gnocchi starting in 1997.
