A festival for the region's only Slow Food Presidium, the blonde onion grown in the plains between Cureggio and Fontaneto d'Agogna — recognized as an UNPLI 'Sagra di Qualità,' with a Slow Food Mercato della Terra featuring around 20 small producers. The Pro Loco's kitchen serves agnolotti, onion soup, frittata rognusa, and fassona burgers; Slow Food's founder Carlo Petrini himself attended the 2021 edition.
