Carrù's national fair of the Piedmontese fat ox, held each December, combines livestock exhibitions with awards for prize-winning oxen, markets, and the traditional bollito misto with its sauces served from early morning. The 2026 dates (17–20 December) are taken from the Piedmont Region's fair calendar; the organizer's own programme has not been published yet.
