A weekend street food festival just outside Turin built around Emilian gnocco fritto (fried dough, not potato gnocchi) with cured meats and cheese, alongside a wide-ranging street food lineup — Fassona burgers, Abruzzese arrosticini, Pugliese bombette, hanging caciocavallo, Roman supplì, fried seafood, Sicilian cannoli, and craft beer.
