A fish festival at the Pro Loco's own covered pavilion, timed to the feast of San Bartolomeo, the town's co-patron saint. Originally an old riverside tradition tied to the Stellone stream, serving only freshwater fish like eel and trout — sea fish such as squid and shrimp were added later, though the Pro Loco courtyard has by now replaced the actual riverbank.
