Held since 1994 by the Confraternita Maria Santissima della Purità — a religious brotherhood over 135 years old — for 'siccagno' tomatoes, grown dry without irrigation in the hills around Valledolmo, an IGP-recognized product locally called 'Oro Rosso di Sicilia.' Tied to the town's patronal feast, with a Sunday procession, tastings of astrattu concentrate and passata, and a closing communal spaghetti dinner.
