A one-weekend food fair in Santa Ninfa, in the Belice valley, dedicated to sheep: stands offer arrosticini, pasta with sheep ragu, fresh and smoked ricotta, caciocavallo, meat rolls, meatballs and aged cheeses, in the main square and nearby municipal spaces, with free entry and dishes priced individually. The 2026 edition is listed for 21-22 November.
