Bagheria's Sfincione Fest is a late-autumn festival dedicated to sfincione, the thick, soft Sicilian pizza that the town claims as its own, with tastings of the white Bagheria version and the red version from bakeries in and outside the town. The programme of the 2025 edition included show cooking, masterclasses, a pizza competition and concerts in Corso Umberto I, Piazza Garibaldi and Villa Palagonia. The 2026 edition is listed for 19-22 November.
