14th edition of a festival at Piazza della Paga, run by the Pro Loco di Ribolla — Tuscany's classic bread-and-vegetable soup, made to the town's own historic recipe, alongside tortelli with ragù, boscaiola, or butter and sage. Evenings include live music, dancing, extemporaneous poetry performed in ottava rima, and theatrical shows by the local troupe Compagnia dell'Anello di Ribolla — one of two linked eco-friendly festivals under the shared banner '...a Roccastrada d'estate,' served on biodegradable dishware.
