The 11th Festival della Polenta celebrates the yellow cornmeal of Storo, with polenta varieties competing in a public vote: the carbonera, the macafana, polenta with turnips, potato polenta and polenta with molche and cheese. Out of competition there are polenta with salt cod, with wild boar, fried polenta, brasato, and roasted chestnuts. A convention, tastings, children's activities and music in the streets fill the weekend, which ends with an award ceremony at 17:00.
