Borgo San Dalmazzo's winter snail fair brings gastronomic exhibitions, show cooking, and many exhibitors to the Ex Palazzo Bertello multipurpose hall, with snail dishes and Piedmontese products served on site. Entry is free; opening hours are 17:00–23:00 on weekdays and 10:00–23:00 on holidays. The 2026 dates come from the Piedmont regional calendar and the organizer's programme has not been found.
