30th edition of one of Piedmont's longest-running mountain cheese fairs, across two weekends in a village recognized with both the Bandiera Arancione from Touring Club Italiano and the Città Slow designation. The event honors the work of shepherds and 'margari' who still move livestock by transhumance, with tastings of Toma di Lanzo in its many forms, guided pairings, cooking shows, horseback and pony rides, and a working alpine dairy demonstration.
