A long-running new-oil festival in the historic centre of San Quirico d'Orcia, in the Val d'Orcia near Siena. Past editions have offered guided comparative tastings of extra virgin olive oils, cooking and music shows, food stands and a talk at Palazzo Chigi Zondadari. The 2026 dates (5–8 December) come from a listing site; the festival's own programme (lafestadellolio.com) could not be checked for this year.
